After working as a corporate professional at LINTEC Corporation and DWANGO Co., Ltd., Kiyoshi founded Viare Co., Ltd. During his corporate career, he specialized in budget control, management accounting, finance, and internal controls, gaining comprehensive expertise across financial management and executive administration.
At LINTEC Corporation, a company with annual sales of 250 billion yen, Kiyoshi managed budget control across six business divisions. In his third year, he was assigned to the core system (ERP) digital transformation project. Following implementation, he developed and promoted new operational workflows for accounting audits and internal audits using the new ERP system.
At next company DWANGO Co., Ltd., Kiyoshi became the youngest manager to oversee budget control, management accounting, and financial operations. He also served as a key member in various new business initiatives, handling business plan development, portfolio strategy, risk assessment, and back-office operations. Additionally, as Project Manager, he led the establishment of administrative functions for DWANGO's subsidiary (with annual sales of 4 billion yen), building management capabilities equivalent to the parent company.
In 2019, Kiyoshi founded Viare Co., Ltd., providing CFO services, management consulting, and finance/accounting BPO services for startups and small-to-medium enterprises.
As a CFO consultant, Kiyoshi's services include comprehensive financial management, funding strategy and support (both debt and equity), and M&A advisory.
