Yusuke has built his career at the intersection of tax strategy, investment optimization, and startup acceleration. As Statutory Auditor for E-Housing, he brings meticulous oversight and strategic financial guidance.

Following impactful tenures at PwC Tax Corporation and Dream Incubator Inc., Yusuke established his independent accounting practice in his hometown of Asahikawa, Hokkaido. He now specializes in supporting public companies and multiple startups with investment strategies, financial operations, management optimization, and IPO preparation.

At PwC Tax Corporation, Yusuke served in the Financial Services Real Estate team, delivering tax consulting and compliance services to domestic and international clients (4 years in Tokyo Office, 2 years in Dallas, Texas).

During his time at Dream Incubator Inc., he specialized in business and startup investments while pioneering the implementation of Social Impact Bonds (SIBs) as innovative public-private partnership mechanisms. His comprehensive experience spans the entire investment lifecycle - from execution to exit. As CFO for portfolio companies, he orchestrated budget planning, fundraising, and financial reporting to catalyze business growth.

His startup investment expertise includes contract negotiations, financial due diligence, and portfolio management. As an investment committee member, he played a key role in evaluating investment decisions. He also advanced SIB initiatives through collaborative efforts with local governments and private enterprises.

Since September 2024, Yusuke has been operating his accounting firm in his hometown of Asahikawa, Hokkaido, bringing sophisticated financial expertise to his local community.
