PAYMENT
To confirm a booking, a deposit (20% of the room rate) must be paid first. The balance must be
paid at least 30 days before the date of arrival.
How to make a payment: Payment can be made by bank transfer. The customer is responsible
for handling charges. The Reservation team will send you bank details.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations made up to 61 days before the arrival date will be refunded the deposit paid.
Cancellations less than 60 days before the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 20% of
the deposit paid. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total
amount of the stay will be charged.
