E-Housing is a rapidly growing startup that brokers real estate rentals and sales for wealthy foreign clients residing in Japan.
We help foreign clients smoothly acquire homes in Japan, and the number of inquiries we receive increases year by year. To support this growth, we urgently need to strengthen our management department and build a stronger organizational foundation.
This position seeks a member who can further strengthen our management department and support the company's growth. By participating in a wide range of management operations, you will gain practical business management skills.
50% of our employees are foreign nationals, creating a global environment where multiple languages, including English, are spoken. Our agents are fluent in Japanese, so English is not a problem, but we welcome applicants who can.

Salary
Fixed overtime pay available: Monthly salary starting at ¥300,000 The ¥500,000 includes fixed overtime pay of ¥86,207 to ¥143,678 (equivalent to 40 hours) per month.
