We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Rental Team at E-Housing K.K. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will play an important role in guiding clients through the full renting process.
E-Housing is one of the most visible real estate brands in Japan. With 80% of leads being company-generated, your focus as an agent is on client communication, showings, and closing, rather than cold calling.
You do not need a real estate background to succeed at E-Housing. 90% of our rental agents started without real estate experience. Our structured onboarding program, senior agents, and dedicated coaching will set you up for success.
While other agencies are still relying on manual searches for properties and spreadsheets, we have built a platform of 9,000–12,000 high-quality Tokyo rental listings optimized for speed, accuracy, and the needs of international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Work with international clients and coordinate high-value transactions in central Tokyo Run client discovery calls, present options clearly, and lead property viewings Negotiate with property management companies and move deals through to contract Build a referral base by consistently delivering a premium client experience Improve skills regularly through coaching sessions, case reviews, and structured feedback
Required Qualifications
Business-level Japanese and fluent English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and client-first mindset Positive, coachable, and self-motivated Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate Experience working with international or high-net-worth clients Proven track record of performance in a B2C or B2B sales environment Experience in residential real estate or service-industry sales Real estate license (宅地建物取引士) is a plus Understanding of the Tokyo rental market

E-Housing is growing fast, and we are planning on expanding the rental sales team over the next year. As the team scales, there will be clear opportunities to grow into Senior Agent roles, team leadership, or specialization in corporate leasing and high-value client accounts.
Work Environment
You will be working alongside a diverse team of over 50 members from 15+ nationalities, with an average age of 28. You will collaborate directly with Senior Agents, your dedicated Agent Coach, Customer Success, and Marketing Specialists. Work Schedule & Location
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break) Saturday and Sunday off, plus National Holidays 120 annual days off (full-time employees) Prime Office Location: Jingumae Tower Building 14F, Shibuya, Tokyo JR Yamanote Line Harajuku Station (5-minute walk) Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line Meiji-Jingumae Harajuku Station (5-minute walk)

Compensation
New agents begin with a fixed base salary + commission structure. As performance develops, agents can transition to a higher commission / lower base model, or a full-commission structure based on performance and readiness. The compensation structure will be explained clearly and transparently during the interview.
