We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Client Relations Professional to join our newly established Property Operations Division, working directly with our founding team. As part of our innovative approach to property management, we position ourselves as "Property Operators" - pioneering next-generation property management through cutting-edge technology solutions.
Our proprietary AI-powered platform transforms traditional property management by automating routine tasks and providing intelligent insights, enabling our operators to deliver exceptional results with unprecedented efficiency. This technology-driven approach allows our team to focus on strategic client relationships and portfolio optimization rather than administrative tasks.
In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with property owners and institutional clients while ensuring superior portfolio performance. You will leverage our company's core competencies in digital marketing, technology implementation and data-driven property optimization to deliver measurable value to our clients.
While other companies are still using fax machines (yes, really), we are using AI to predict what tenants want before they even know they want it.

Our goal is to create a new way of property management combining vacation stay/lodging (daily), monthly furnished up to 1 month, and mid-term 2-3 month stays with long-term 2-year leases all in one stop leasing style.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from property owners with professionalism and expertise
- Effectively understand the core needs and desires of owners and create compelling proposals
- Onboard new owners and establish leasing strategies (long-term traditional 2-year lease, monthly furnished rental lease, mid-term stays, or vacation stay/lodging)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners
- Set up and prepare properties for marketing
- Coordinate the purchase, setup, and photography of interior furnishings, and oversee the setup and decoration of new properties
- Handle lease agreement management and documentation
- Market available properties to potential guests
- Handle inquiries from tenants and manage guest experience
- Help property owners understand the value proposition of our integrated platform approach
- Identify opportunities to create community-building features within our properties
- Provide regular updates to property owners on the status of their properties
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure excellent service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy and proficiency with office software
Preferred Qualifications
- Japanese language skills (nice to have)
- English language proficiency
- Relevant working experience in hospitality / serviced apartment / rental accommodation / co-working / co-living industry would be an advantage
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service
- Knowledge of vacation stay/lodging regulations and experience operating such properties
- Understanding of the Japanese rental market
- Experience with digital marketing and technology platforms
- Property acquisition skills and experience (nice to have, not required)
- Real estate license (宅地建物取引士) is a plus
- Experience working with international clients

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Office location: Jingumae Tower Building, Shibuya, Tokyo
